Who sells their works on Fluxoart?

Our artists are selected and best represent the research of Italian contemporary art. We promote these artists in order to offer fans a coherent and quality selection of what we define Fluxoart: a name that evokes the flow of the creative process that gives rise to art, a metaphysical place where languages and artistic forms are mixed, a metamorphic art between painting and photography.

How does Fluxoart choose the works for sale?

Our artists choose which of their works to exhibit on the site and which to sell. However, the staff of our experts verifies its quality and compliance with the values that inspire Fluxoart and it is possible that a work will not be admitted if judged not to correspond.

Are the works prints?

All the works on Fluxoart are original; not reproduced and printed copies. For Fine Art photography, the number and series of the work is always indicated; for painting it is always an original and unique specimen, although sometimes the work may be part of a series of similar works dedicated to the same theme, but it is always unique works that differ from each other.

What are editions for photographs?

An edition implies that the artist has defined a certain number of copies of the same photograph before the sale and this number does not change over time. For Fine Art photographs, our artists always certify the number of copies made in the work sheet.

Are all the works on the site for sale?

If a work has already been sold, it may no longer be available for purchase, but this circumstance is indicated.If you can’t find another work you like, contact us using the form …. because there may be other similar works by the same artist not yet online. In addition, our artists could also work on commission.

How is the authenticity of a work guaranteed?

All the works sold on Fluxoart are guaranteed by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. In addition, all the photographic editions of Fine Art are also numbered and signed by the artist.

The work I wanted is no longer available, how can I get a similar work?

Our artists can also work on commission so contact us by filling out the form if the work you liked is no longer available.

Does the image on the site faithfully represent the work?

The image represents the work of art, but it is digital and you see it on a screen, so it is not exactly the same in shades as the work of art which is instead a physical object.If the purchased work is not what you thought, you have 14 days to return it after delivery.

How can I buy a work?

To purchase a work, you must click on the “Add to Cart” button. Then enter the cart and follow the options on the screen. You will be asked for your details for delivery and to close the order. We will ask you to choose the method After the payment has been processed, you will receive confirmation from the payment system.

What payment methods do you accept?

All credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express etc.), and bank transfer.

And after the payment has been made?

The work of art is reserved for you. We will arrange delivery to the address you have provided immediately.

Is there a frame for the works?

No, the works are supplied unframed. So you can choose the frame you like best.

How are the works packed?

The works are packaged in standard packaging, generally inside a rigid tube. We check the packaging before shipping and make sure that the work is protected in the best possible way.

How long does it take for delivery?

After payment has been made, delivery takes on average 15 days: the artist must provide us with the work, we must pack it, give it to the courier who must deliver it. The time may vary depending on the delivery location.

Who takes care of the delivery?

Depending on the destination and size, we use couriers (DHL, UPS) or companies specialized in works of art.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to all countries where courier companies operate.

What if I don’t like opera?

You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your decision to return the work. You will be refunded once the work is returned to us. In the event of a return, you will be responsible for packing the work.

What if the work arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as it is delivered to you. Take pictures to show us the damage.Based on the type of damage, we can repair the work, or replace it with another similar one, or you can return it and in this case we will refund you.
